Refund and rescheduling policy

In the event of extreme weather, emergencies, unsafe track conditions, or mechanical issues, D Nation Motorsports reserves the right to reschedule your session for the next available date and time. No cash refunds will be issued.

No refunds for:

• Late arrival

• Missed appointments without notice

• Failure to follow rules

• Removal for unsafe behavior

• Voluntary withdrawal

• Weather

• Track conditions

• Mechanical problems

• Safety concerns

D Nation Motorsports prioritizes the safety of all drivers, staff, and participants. We reserve the right to modify or cancel sessions at any time due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers may request a reschedule up to 30 days after their scheduled track session. Requests submitted between 30–60 days may be approved based on availability.
